Jan 23 Wed 08 Day 1

1] Played Hockey and learned a few more skills and tactics. Communication is important as well as tactics. Do not hold on to the puck, listen out for others, and receive the puck properly. When chasing, it is ok to push the person lightly but not ram in order to throw them off angle when attacking or defending. Skates should be tied up properly for maximum agility. Slide wheels are no good.

2] Psychology - feeling sleepy is a type of mindset akin to seduction or temptation. Learned that feeling sleepy is just something that can be gotten over with. Boredom and feeling lethargic falls under the same category.

1] Waking up - woke up late today, also not good. Lose about a few hours of timing. Wake up early from now on to make use of the morning time. Once wake up, immediately get up and do not fall back to sleep. Incurs bad habit of sleeping back. Prevents the lethargies produced from waking up.

2] Played random warcraft games - waste time and doesn't help in any aspect.

3] Idled - waste time and doesn't help in any aspect.

4] Played piano - played piano without learning anything new. Waste of time and increases boredom with piano. Play piano if wanting to learn something.

OverallAnalysis
Did not move on much with my life today. It's all in the mindset to move forward and not slack and be left alone. I am not the best in anything, thus I must keep thriving forward and be faster than the flow to be stronger, otherwise my life is for nothing. Take a step forward, and make the step bigger each step.
